Following the signing of the peace agreement in Paris on
14 December, and assuming that a United Nations Security
Council resolution will be adopted in time, we plan a
news conference by the Acting Secretary General and
SACEUR on Friday, 15 December, after the NAC which will
start at around 11:00. The news conference will take
place in the Joseph Luns Press Theatre after the final
approval by the North Atlantic Council of the OPLAN for
the Implementation Force for Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Journalists should check with the Press Service the exact
time of the news conference on the morning of 15
December. If the above assumption is incorrect, we will
announce the exact date and time as soon as possible.
ACCREDITATION
Journalists wishing to cover the news conference by the
Acting Secretary General and SACEUR will be allowed into
the NATO press area on presentation of a NATO accredited
pass or valid press pass. Access to the Joseph Luns
Press Theatre will be on a first-come, first-served
basis.
