The Secretary General of NATO, Mr Willy Claes, will visit
Spain on Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 September 1995.
During the official visit he will have an audience with
H.M. The King and will meet with the President of the
Government and the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and of
Defence.

In the afternoon of 20 September, the Secretary General
will have talks at Palacio de Viana with the Foreign
Minister, Mr Javier Solana.

Mr Claes will then have an audience with H.M. King Juan
Carlos, at Palacio de la Zarzuela.

After this audience, the Secretary General will go to the
palacio Moncloa for bilateral talks with the President of
the Government, Mr Felipe Gonzalez.

The Foreign Minister, Mr Javier Solana, will be the host
of the dinner at Palacio de Viana.

In the morning of 21 September, the Secretary General
will have talks with the Minister of Defence, Mr Gustavo
Suarez Pertierra, at the Ministry of Defence.

The Secretary General will return to Brussels after the
luncheon hosted by Mr Gustavo Suarez Pertierra at the
Ministry of Defence.

VISITE DU SECRETAIRE GENERAL DE L'OTAN EN ESPAGNE

Le Secretaire general de l'OTAN, M. Willy Claes,
effectuera une visite en Espagne les mercredi 20 et jeudi
21 septembre 1995. Au cours de cette visite officielle,
il sera recu en audience par S.M. Le Roi et rencontrera
le President du Gouvernement et les ministres
des Affaires etrangeres et de la Defense.

Dans l'apres-midi du 20 septembre, le Secretaire general
s'entretiendra avec le ministre des Affaires etrangeres,
M. Javier Solana, au palais de Viana.

M. Claes sera ensuite recu en audience par S.M. Le Roi
Juan Carlos au palais de la Zarzuela.

Apres cette audience, le Secretaire general se rendra au
palais de la Moncloa ou il aura un entretien bilateral
avec le President du Gouvernement, M. Felipe Gonzalez.

Le ministre des Affaires etrangeres, M. Javier Solana,
sera l'hote du diner offert au Secretaire general au
palais de Viana.

Dans la matinee du 21 septembre, le Secretaire general
s'entretiendra avec le ministre de la Defense, M. Gustavo
Suarez Pertierra, au ministere de la Defense.

Le Secretaire general retournera a Bruxelles apres le
dejeuner offert par M. Gustavo Suarez Pertierra au
ministere de la Defense.
