INFORMATION

The Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Hennadiy
Udovenko, will visit NATO Headquarters on Thursday, 14
September. He will attend a meeting of the North Atlantic
Council at which he will declare acceptance of the
Ukrainian Individual Partnership Programme which has been
jointly developed by Ukraine and NATO and approved by the
North Atlantic Council, followed by a 16+1 meeting between
the Council and Ukraine. The visit will begin at 9:45. Mr.
Udovenko's departure is expected at 12:15.

PROGRAMME OF THE VISIT

9:40 - NATO main entrance. Arrival of Mr. Udovenko.
Open coverage on a first-come, first-served
basis.
9:45 - Bilateral meeting with Secretary General in the
Private Office. In view of the limited space
available, only a restricted pool will be
authorized to cover the beginning of the
meeting.
10:15 - Room 1: North Atlantic Council Session.
Introductory remarks by the Secretary General,
followed by reply by Mr. Udovenko. Presentation
of Ukrainian Individual Partnership Programme.
Coverage within the conference room by a
restricted pool.

10:30 - 16+1 meeting between North Atlantic Council and
Ukraine. No coverage.
12:00 - Main entrance. Meeting with the press. Departure
of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine at
about 12:15.

ACCREDITATION

Journalists wishing to cover the visit of the Ukrainian
Minister of Foreign Affairs will be allowed into the NATO
premises on presentation of a NATO accreditation pass or a
valid press pass. Photographers and cameramen wishing to
be part of the Restricted Pool should contact Mr. N.

M. HENNADIY OUDOVENKO, A L'OTAN,

INFORMATION

Le Ministre ukrainien des Affaires etrangeres, M. Hennadiy
Oudovenko, effectuera une visite au siege de l'OTAN le
jeudi 14 septembre. Il assistera a une reunion du Conseil
de l'Atlantique Nord ou il declarera accepter le Programme
de partenariat individuel ukrainien qui a ete elabore
conjointement par l'Ukraine et l'OTAN et approuve par le
Conseil de l'Atlantique Nord, apres quoi aura lieu une
reunion a 16+1 entre le Conseil et l'Ukraine. La visite
commencera a 9h45. Le depart de M. Oudovenko est prevu
pour 12h15.
