A Seminar on Demilitarization and Disarmament in Transition: Socio-Economic Consequences, as scheduled in the 1995 Workplan of the North Atlantic Cooperation Council (NACC), will be held from 22-24 March 1995 in Minsk, Republic of Belarus.
The Belarus host is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Seminar will bring together some 35-50 experts from Allied and Cooperation Partner countries for discussions on various economic aspects of countries undergoing demilitarization and disarmament during transition.
