INFORMATION

The Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Juri Luik,
will visit NATO Headquarters on Wednesday, 1 March. He
will attend a meeting of the North Atlantic Council at
which he will declare acceptance of the Estonian
Individual Partnership Programme which has been jointly
developed by Estonia and NATO and approved by the North
Atlantic Council. The visit will begin at 9:40. Mr. Luik's
departure is expected at 10:40.

PROGRAMME OF THE VISIT
9:40 - NATO main entrance. Arrival of Mr. Luik. Open
coverage on a first-come, first-served basis.

9:45 - Bilateral meeting with Secretary General in the
Private Office.In view of the limited space
available, only a restricted pool will be
authorized to cover the beginning of the
meeting.

10:15 - Room 1: North Atlantic Council Session.
Introductory remarks by the Secretary General,
followed by reply by Mr. Luik. Presentation of
Estonian Individual Partnership Programme.
Coverage within the conference room by a
restricted pool.

10:30 - NATO main entrance: meeting with the press.

ACCREDITATION
Journalists wishing to cover the visit of the Estonian
Minister of Foreign Affairs will be allowed into the NATO
premises on presentation of a NATO accreditation pass or a
valid press pass. Photographers and cameramen wishing to
be part of the Restricted Pool should contact Mr. N.

VISITE DU MINISTRE ESTONIEN DES AFFAIRES ETRANGERES,
M. JURI LUIK, A L'OTAN, LE 1er MARS 1995

INFORMATION

Le Ministre estonien des Affaires etrangeres, M. Juri
Luik, effectuera une visite au siege de l'OTAN le mercredi
1er mars. Il assistera a une reunion du Conseil de
l'Atlantique Nord ou il declarera accepter le Programme de
partenariat individuel estonien qui a ete elabore
conjointement par l'Estonie et l'OTAN et approuve par le
Conseil de l'Atlantique Nord. La visite commencera a 9h40.
Le depart de M. Luik est prevu pour 10h40.

un groupe restreint sera autorise a couvrir
le debut de la rencontre.

10h15 - Salle 1 : Reunion du Conseil de
l'Atlantique Nord. Allocution du Secretaire
general, suivie du discours de M. Luik.
Presentation du Programme de partenariat
individuel estonien. Couverture dans la
salle par un groupe restreint.

10h30 - Entree principale de l'OTAN : rencontre
avec les representants des medias.

ACCREDITATION
Les journalistes souhaitant couvrir la visite du Ministre
estonien des Affaires etrangeres seront admis au site de
l'OTAN sur presentation d'une carte d'accreditation OTAN
ou d'une carte de presse en cours de validite. Les
photographes et les cadreurs souhaitant participer au
groupe restreint devront contacter M. N. Fiorenza.
