The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Mr. Uladzmir Syanko, will come to NATO Headquarters on 11 January 1995 to sign the Partnership for Peace Framework Document. He will meet the Secretary General and the Permanent Representatives to the North Atlantic Council. The visit will begin at 9:45. Mr. Syanko's departure is expected at 10:40.

9:40 - NATO main entrance. Arrival of Mr. Syanko. Open coverage on a first-come, first-served basis.
9:45 - Bilateral meeting with the Secretary General in the Private Office. In view of the limited space available, only a restricted pool will be authorized to cover the beginning of the meeting.
10:15 - Room 1: North Atlantic Council Session. Introductory remarks by the Secretary General, followed by Mr. Syanko's reply. Signing of Partnership for Peace Framework Document by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus. Coverage within the conference room by a restricted pool.
10:30 - NATO main entrance. Meeting with the press. Departure of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus at about 10:40.
