INFORMATION
The Russian Foreign Minister, Mr. Andrei Kozyrev, will attend a meeting of the North Atlantic Council at the level of Foreign Ministers on 1 December 1994. At the meeting, he will declare acceptance of the Russian Individual Partnership Programme which has been jointly developed by Russia and NATO and approved by the North Atlantic Council. The Ministers will also approve a document on the implementation of the Summary of Conclusions on the development of NATO-Russia relations beyond PfP. This Summary of Conclusions was agreed by Russia and the NAC on 22 June 1994. The meeting will begin at 19:00.
