INFORMATION

The Lithuanian Secretary of State of Ministry of Foreign
Affairs, Mr. Albinas Januska, will visit NATO
Headquarters on Wednesday, 30 November. He will attend a
meeting of the North Atlantic Council at which he will
declare acceptance of the Lithuanian Individual
Partnership Programme which has been jointly developed by
Lithuania and NATO and approved by the North Atlantic
Council. The visit will begin at 10:00.

PROGRAMME OF THE VISIT

9:55 - NATO main entrance. Arrival of Mr. Januska.
Open coverage on a first-come, first-served
basis.

10:00 - Bilateral meeting with Secretary General in the
Private Office.
In view of the limited space available, only a
restricted pool will be authorized to cover the
beginning of the meeting.

10:15 - Room 1: North Atlantic Council Session.
Introductory remarks by the Secretary General,
followed by reply by Mr. Januska. Presentation
of Lithuanian Individual Partnership Programme.
Coverage within the conference room by a
restricted pool.

10:45 - NATO press hall area (Press Entrance). Meeting
with the press.

ACCREDITATION

Journalists wishing to cover the visit of the Lithuanian
Secretary of State of Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be
allowed into the NATO premises on presentation of a NATO
accreditation pass or a valid press pass. Photographers
and cameramen wishing to be part of the Restricted Pool
