On Thursday, 15 September, NATO's Acting Secretary General, Ambassador Sergio Balanzino, will address a Round Table to be held in The Hague at Huys Clingendael, organized by the Netherlands ("Clingendael") Institute of International Relations, on the theme of trans-atlantic relationships in the fields of security and economics. Other speakers will be Dr. Joris Voorhoeve, Minister of Defence of the Netherlands, Mr. Jean-Claude Paye, Secretary General of OECD, and Mr. Hans van den Broek, European Commissioner for External Relations. The opening session on 15 September from 10:00-11:25 and the closing at 15:20 on Friday, 16 September will be open to the public.
