INFORMATION

The Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Poland,
Mr. Robert Mroziewicz, will visit NATO Headquarters
on Tuesday, 5 July. During the visit the North Atlantic
Council and Poland will approve the Polish Individual
Partnership Programme. The visit will begin at 11:30.
Mr. Mroziewicz's departure is expected at 12:15.

PROGRAMME OF THE VISIT

11:25 - NATO main entrance. Arrival of Mr. Mroziewicz.
Open coverage on a first-come, first-served basis.

11:30 - Room 1: North Atlantic Council Session.
Introductory remarks by the Deputy Secretary General,
followed by Mr. Mroziewicz's reply. Presentation of
Polish Individual Partnership Programme.

Coverage within the conference room by a restricted
pool.

11:50 - NATO main entrance. Meeting between Mr.
Mroziewicz and the press. Departure of the Polish Deputy
Foreign Minister at about 12:15.

ACCREDITATION

Journalists wishing to cover the visit of the Deputy
Foreign Minister of Poland will be allowed into the NATO
premises on presentation of a NATO accreditation pass or
a valid press pass. Photographers and cameramen wishing
to be part of the Restricted Pool should contact Mr. G.
De Brouwer.

 


PARKING

Correspondents are advised that they will not be able to
bring vehicles into the NATO compound but that a shuttle
bus service will be provided between the car-park outside
the NATO main gate and the NATO Press Service entrance.
