The Co-Chairmen of the International Conference on the former Yugoslavia, Mr. Stoltenberg and Lord Owen, will pay an official visit to NATO Headquarters on 22 September 1993 at the invitation of the Secretary General, Mr. Manfred Worner. They will meet the Secretary General, the Chairman of the Military Committee, Field Marshal Sir Richard Vincent, and discuss with the North Atlantic Council the implementation of a peace plan for Bosnia-Herzegovina, once it has been agreed by the parties, and the possible role of the Alliance in this regard. The visit will begin at 09:15. Mr. Stoltenberg's and Lord Owen's departure is expected at about 14:45.
