Я рішуче засуджую спробу КНДР здійснити запуск військового супутника із використанням балістичної ракетної технології. Це підсилює напруження і створює серйозну загрозу безпеці в регіоні поза його межами. Це зухвале порушення численних резолюцій Ради Безпеки ООН.
НАТО закликає КНДР припинити провокаційні дії і повернутися до діалогу задля досягнення сталого миру і повного і такого, що підлягає верифікації, без’ядерного статусу Корейського півострова. Ми стоїмо поряд з нашими близькими партнерами в цьому регіоні, Республікою Корея і Японією.
