НАТО активизирует поставки военного оборудования в Афганистан по мере вывода Североатлантическим союзом своих войск из страны. Пока в этом году НАТО пожертвовала афганским национальным силам обороны и безопасности предметы снабжения и оборудование на сумму около 72 млн долл. США – от предметов медицинского назначения до высокотехнологичных тренажеров для отработки боевых действий, больничных рентгеновских аппаратов и специализированного оборудования для обезвреживания взрывных устройств. Последняя поставка прибыла в понедельник (2 августа 2021 г.).
