Дванадцята щорічна Конференція НАТО з питань зброї масового знищення (ЗМЗ), контролю над озброєннями, роззброєння і нерозповсюдження відбудеться у словенській столиці Любляні з 9 до 10 травня 2016 року.
Це один з найбільших комунікативних заходів НАТО за участю країн-членів і партнерів Альянсу з усього світу. Учасники з п’яти континентів з найбільших міжнародних організацій зберуться на цей неформальний захід. Конференцію відкриє Дарія Бавдаж Курет, Держсекретар Міністерства закордонних справ Республіки Словенія, і заступник Генерального секретаря НАТО посол Александр Вершбоу.
Головуватиме на цьому форумі, який надасть можливість для відкритого неформального діалогу з питань контролю над озброєннями і роззброєння, буде помічник Генерального секретаря НАТО з питань нових викликів безпеці посол Сорін Дукару.
