У вівторок, 6 січня 2026 року, Генеральний секретар НАТО Марк Рютте приєднався до лідерів під час зустрічі «Коаліції охочих» в Парижі. Ця зустріч була спільно організована Президентом Франції Еммануелем Макроном і Прем’єр-міністром Сполученого Королівства сером Кіром Стармером.

Генеральный секретар привітав прогрес у практичних аспектах забезпечення справедливого припинення війни проти України на довгий час, високо оцінив працю США над досягненням миру і взяті союзниками зобов’язання робити свої внески в гарантії безпеки. Наголошуючи на важливій підтримці, яку союзники і партнери надають Україні, він також закликав до подальших внесків, акцентувавши на постійних потребах, які постають перед Україною, яка продовжує оборонятися від ворожих атак.
