The goal of this workshop is to identify and improve upon Terrorism Risk Assessments (TRA) that most accurately assess the level of threat posed by radicalized individuals. This TRA assessment process will involve both academics, national security and law enforcement practitioners from NATO and partner countries. The outcomes of the workshop will aid in creating a risk assessment instrument that is based on current and future terrorist trends across all types of anti-state terrorism.
