Такий висновок належить командувачу Сил Косова (КФОР) генералові Гульєлмо Луїджи Мільєтта і начальнику Генерального штабу сербських збройних сил генералові Любісе Діковічу. Їхня зустріч в Ніше, Сербія, минулої середи (23 вересня 2015 року) була першою з часу призначення генерала Мільєтти на посаду в серпні.
