В среду (12 июля 2023 г.) в кулуарах встречи в верхах в Вильнюсе ряд министров иностранных дел и обороны стран НАТО встретились с представителями гражданского общества, в том числе из Украины, и обсудили, как женщины на руководящих должностях могут вдохновлять на перемены и поддерживать женщин на всех этапах конфликта в Украине. Специальный представитель генерального секретаря НАТО по вопросам женщин, мира и безопасности Ирене Феллин выступила в качестве соорганизатора этого мероприятия вместе со спикером Сейма Литвы Викторией Чмилите-Нильсен.
