Члени НАТО зібрались сьогодні для обговорення Договору «Відкрите небо». Ми рішуче налаштовані на збереження дієвого міжнародного контролю над озброєннями, роззброєння і нерозповсюдження. Ми всі погоджуємось з тим, що усі держави-учасниці Договору «Відкрите небо» повинні повністю виконувати взяті на себе обіцянки і зобов’язання. Усі члени альянсу НАТО повною мірою виконують усі положення цього Договору.
