НАТО провела успешное тестирование в реальных условиях двух проектов программы «Наука ради мира и безопасности» (НРМБ) в ходе полевых учений по ликвидации последствий, которые прошли в ноябре 2016 года в Черногории. В рамках программы НРМБ НАТО оказывает поддержку в разминировании неразорвавшихся боеприпасов в Черногории и в разработке многонациональной системы телемедицины для использования при чрезвычайных ситуациях.
