И Сербия, и НАТО выиграют от более тесного сотрудничества, заявил Генеральный секретарь Йенс Столтенберг в пятницу (20 ноября 2015 г.) после переговоров с премьер-министром Сербии Александром Вучичем и другими высокопоставленными государственными должностными лицами в Белграде. Г-н Столтенберг сказал, что его визит является частью «нового старта» в отношениях между НАТО и Сербией. «Это важно, как никогда ранее, поскольку мы сталкиваемся со многими общими вызовами безопасности», – заявил Генеральный секретарь. «Сотрудничество является обоюдовыгодным. Совместная работа обеспечивает безопасность населения Сербии и безопасность населения стран НАТО», – сказал он.
