On behalf of NATO, I condemn in the strongest possible terms the terrorist attacks in Jordan yesterday evening.
I offer NATO’s profound condolences to King Abdullah and the Jordanian people, and hope for a speedy recovery for those injured in these attacks. There can be no justification for this pointless destruction, and NATO will continue to work with Jordan and the entire international community to combat the scourge of terrorism.
