Good afternoon to our colleagues in Europe,
And good morning to our colleagues in North America.
And welcome to this NATO Defence Ministerial meeting.
We face many different challenges to our security.
So we must keep our Alliance strong.
Today we will discuss the progress Allies are making on burden sharing.
How to strengthen our deterrence and defence.
And how to improve the resilience of our societies.
