1. ACCREDITATION

Journalists are reminded that requests for accreditation have to be made before 1 May 1995 (see reference). The Netherlands authorities reserve the right to withhold press passes in cases where no advance application has been submitted or where application forms arrive after the deadline of 1 May 1995. Media will only be admitted to the Media Centre in the Oranje Hotel Complex on presentation of a valid identification. Passes can be collected from 14:00 on 28 May 1995 at the Media Centre's accreditation desk on production of a valid press pass and other photographic proof of identity.

LIMITED COVERAGE from a podium in the main Conference Room. Speeches of approx. 5 minutes each in the following order: - the Netherlands Minister of Foreign Affairs - the President d'Honneur (United States Secretary - the Secretary General.

Positions must be taken before 09:00 hours.

Boarding of the 2 buses at the Media Centre entrance will begin at 08:10 and the first bus will depart at 08:20 SHARP.

12:45 Working Session adjourns.

1. ACCREDITATION

Il est rappele aux journalistes que les demandes d'accreditation doivent etre presentees avant le 1er mai 1995 (voir reference). Les autorites neerlandaises se reservent le droit de refuser les laissez-passer de presse aux personnes qui n'auront pas soumis de demande au prealable ou dont la demande aura ete recue apres la date limite du 1er mai 1995. Les correspondants n'auront acces au centre des medias, situe au complexe Oranje Hotel, que sur presentation d'une piece d'identite en cours de validite. Les laissez-passer pourront etre retires a partir du 28 mai 1995 a 14 heures au comptoir d'accreditation du centre des medias, sur presentation d'une carte de presse en cours de validite et d'une autre piece d'identite avec photographie.
