The deadline for accreditation is 4 August at noon Brussels time.
Requests that come after the deadline will be considered on a case by case basis but not as a priority.
Accreditation requests have to be introduced on line by the person concerned.
Access passes need to be picked up in person at the NATO Summit accreditation office.
Accreditation will be confirmed via an email within four weeks of the request being introduced.
The media centre will be accessible via shuttle buses only, departing from the NATO summit accreditation office.
The answer to this question is still under review.
The United Kingdom has entrusted media reservation procedures to a company which you can find here.
You should arrive in the afternoon of 3 September or in the morning of 4 September because it will take some time to find your accommodation, retrieve your accreditation and install any equipment you will need in the media centre.
The last meeting should conclude around mid-afternoon on 5 September and typically, many delegation heads then chose to hold press conferences in the media centre.

NATO will webstream most working events on the NATO website. NATO will not webstream most delegation events, like the press conferences of Heads of States. The main exception to that is the briefings held in the largest press theatre.
Event retransmission usually include original sound, English and French. On occasion, additional languages can be added depending on the event, such as Ukrainian, Georgian, Russian or Arabic. This will very much depend on the programme.
The Press Office in the media centre includes press officers from both NATO and the United Kingdom who are ready to answer questions.
The Host Broadcaster or the EBU team on site will have options. You should contact them directly.
The copyrights policy for the external use of NATO content is found here.
Journalists from every country are welcome to request accreditation and will be treated the same way as journalists from Allied countries.
There will be a shared 1Gb internet across the media centre. Every workspace will have an internet drop to the shared connection. The hosts will not be providing individual lines or allocating outlets a percentage of speed.
NATO will provide all working public events online via webstream and in broadcast quality via satellite.
