Mr. Kassymzhomart Tokayev, Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan, will visit NATO Headquarters on Wednesday, 4 October 2006. He will meet with the Secretary General, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, and with the North Atlantic Council.
