The Deputy Secretary of State of the United States of America, Mr. Richard L. Armitage will visit NATO Headquarters on Thursday, 20 September 2001. During this visit he will meet with the Secretary General of NATO, Lord Robertson and address the Permanent Representatives to the North Atlantic Council.
