On 27 May 2011, Oana Lungescu, the NATO Spokesperson, briefed the press on events concerning Libya. She was joined via videoconference from Naples by Lieutenant General Charles Bouchard, Commander of the NATO military operation “Unified Protector”, who briefed on NATO’s operation in Libya in support of UNSCR 1973.
