NATO Secretary General to travel to Russia
The NATO Secretary General, Anders Fogh Rasmussen will pay a visit to Moscow on 15 - 17 December 2009. During his visit he will meet President Dmitry Medvedev, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov, as well as the Chairman of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly Sergey Mironov, the Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly Boris Gryzlov and the Secretary of the Security Council Nikolai Patrushev.
On Thursday, 17 December, the Secretary General will also give a speech at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) entitled “NATO-Russia: Partners for the Future”.
