Secretary General to deliver a speech on NATO-Russia relations
Anders Fogh Rasmussen will deliver his first major policy address as NATO Secretary General in a speech entitled 'NATO and Russia: A New Beginning' at a Carnegie Europe Event on Friday 18 September 2009 at 11h00 CEST (09H00 GMT). He will then answer questions from the audience and internet.
