L’OTAN lance un débat public sur le concept stratégique

L’OTAN a officiellement lancé, lors d’une grande conférence sur la sécurité qui s’est tenue à Bruxelles, le processus d’établissement du nouveau concept stratégique de l’Alliance. Cette conférence – qui était placée sous l’autorité du secrétaire général de l’OTAN, M. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer – a aussi marqué le début d’un dialogue avec le grand public.
