08 Jul. 2009У НАТО, на великій конференції з питань безпеки, що проходила у Брюсселі, офіційно розпочався процес, що веде до ухвалення нової Стратегічної концепції Альянсу. Конференція, яка відбувалась під егідою Генерального секретаря НАТО Яапа де Хооп Схеффера, також є початком широкого діалогу з громадськістю.
