NRC Joint Statement on the terrorist attack at the Domodedovo airport in Moscow

The 29 countries of the NATO-Russia Council firmly condemn the terrorist bombing in Domodedovo airport, which resulted in so many deaths and injuries. This was a profound tragedy for the victims, and a crime without any justification.
