The third NATO week in Armenia took place from 12-16 October, with the aim to provide a better understanding of the Armenia-NATO cooperation in the framework of the Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP).

The programme included a conference on NATO's new Strategic Concept with representatives of the Alliance, the  Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Atlantic Treaty Association delegates to Yerevan.

Other events included a conference on “EU and NATO – How to secure stability for Armenia and the South”, a video conference meeting with NATO Headquarters on the Alliance’s operations, and a photo exhibition at the library of the Yerevan State University featuring the work of Armenian peacekeepers in Kosovo. This was followed on the next day by a television bridge between Yerevan and Pristina for Armenian peacekeepers and their families.

Various lectures and meetings on Armenia-NATO cooperation were also held for students across the country.

Armenia's Information Centre on NATO was very active in organizing many of the week’s events, with the support of NATO's Public Diplomacy Division.
