The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, H.E. Elmar Mammadyarov, will visit NATO Headquarters on Wednesday 15th July 2009. He will meet with the Deputy Secretary General, Ambassador Claudio Bisogniero and address the North Atlantic Council.
