The Atlantic Treaty Association (ATA), in association with the Atlantic Council of the United States, announces the convening of the Istanbul Pan-Atlantic Student Summit (I-PASS) on June 26-30, 2004.
I-PASS will be held in conjunction with the Istanbul NATO summit.
