Algeria invited to join Mediterranean Dialogue

The North Atlantic Council decided on 16 February to invite Algeria to join the Mediterranean Dialogue, which aims to contribute to security and stability in the Mediterranean region and to promote better mutual understanding. Six countries are currently involved: Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Mauritania, Morocco and Tunisia.
