NATO Secretary General to visit the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia¹

The NATO Secretary General, Mr. Jens Stoltenberg, will travel to the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia[1] on Wednesday, 5 and Thursday, 6 September 2018.

In Skopje, Mr. Stoltenberg will have meetings with the President, Mr. Gjorge Ivanov, the President of the Government, Mr. Zoran Zaev, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Ms. Radmila Šekerinska, the President of the Parliament, Mr. Talat Xhaferi and other high level officials.

The Secretary General will also visit the Stajkovci village – where, in 2016, soldiers and equipment from NATO’s mission KFOR helped to clear roads and move debris following devastating floods.
