NATO Secretary General to deliver speech on NATO's Future

The NATO Secretary General, Mr Anders Fogh Rasmussen will deliver a major policy address in a speech entitled “NATO: Ready, Robust, Rebalanced” at The Carnegie Europe Event on Thursday 19 September 2013 at 08:30.
He will then answer questions from the audience and from internet.
