On Friday (11 April 2025) NATO Secretary General, Mark Rutte participated in a meeting of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group (UDCG) at NATO headquarters. The meeting was hosted by the UK Defence Secretary, John Healey, and the German Minister of Defence, Boris Pistorius.

NATO Deputy Secretary General visits Poland

Deputy Secretary General Radmila Shekerinska travelled to Bydgoszcz, Poland on Monday (17 February 2025) to participate in the opening ceremony of the NATO-Ukraine Joint Analysis, Training and Education Centre (JATEC). Speaking at the ceremony, the Deputy Secretary General said that the Centre’s work “will help the Alliance and Ukraine become stronger.”

On Wednesday (29 January 2025), NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte met with Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and Minister of Justice, Ms Olha Stefanishyna, at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, where she also took part in a meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council (NUC).
