An exhibit showcasing its work and the importance of military adaptation to gender specifics is on display at NATO Headquarters. Ensuring that servicewomen can operate in the safest possible conditions includes providing them with equipment and uniforms tailored to their needs. Russia’s war against Ukraine has brought increased attention to the risk posed to combat effectiveness and the lives of women from inadequate military equipment. |

Participants included experts across the Alliance from NATO HQ, ACO and ACT in resilience, gender and other areas of the Alliance to allow for a well-rounded approach. |
