The move from Paris to Brussels told by NATO staff
In 1967, NATO Headquarters relocated from its Parisian home at Porte Dauphine to Brussels from where it continues to serve the Alliance today. Former employees Franz Egger, Nikki Janssens, the late François Le Blévennec and Stanley Beck witnessed the move at first hand. In this video, they tell us about the reasons behind this decision, as well as about the logistical peculiarities of the move itself.
