NATO Secretary General to chair a virtual meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council
On Friday, 19 April 2024, the NATO Secretary General, Mr Jens Stoltenberg, will chair a virtual meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council (NUC) at the level of Allied Defence Ministers.
The President of Ukraine, Mr Volodymyr Zelensky, is also expected to participate virtually. After the NUC, the Secretary General will brief the media.

- Media representatives who are annually accredited to NATO in 2024 can cover the press conference in person at NATO Headquarters.
- Media without permanent accreditation who are interested in attending the press conference should email NATOAccreditations@HQ.NATO.INT
- The event will be streamed live on X @NATOPress and on the NATO website, broadcast live on EBU World feed and EBU News Exchange. A transcript of the Secretary General’s remarks, as well as photographs, will be on the NATO website.
