Je suis profondément préoccupé par les informations selon lesquelles la Corée du Nord envisage de procéder à un essai d’arme nucléaire. Cet essai constitue une menace pour la paix et la sécurité en Asie et dans le monde entier.
I am gravely concerned by reports that North Korea plans to test a nuclear weapon. Such a test would pose a threat to peace and security in Asia and the world.
I strongly urge North Korea to return to the Six Party Talks, which seek the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula through peaceful, diplomatic means.
