Opening remarks
by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg at the meeting of the North Atlantic Council at the level of Foreign Ministers

Good morning. It’s good to see you all and welcome to this second day of the NATO [foreign] ministerial meeting.
Today, we will discuss Russia, together with our key partners, Sweden, Finland and the European Union.
So warm welcome to minister Ann Linde, minister Pekka Haavisto, and High Representative/Vice-President Josep Borrell. Welcome to all of you. Then, I would like to tell you how important it is that you are here, together with us, today.
Because we all face the same challenge with Russia.
And neither NATO, nor the European Union has all the tools to respond.
But together we can complement each other.
