Strategic Concept Experts to present their report at NATO HQ
On Monday, 17 May 2010, in NATO Headquarters Brussels, the Group of Experts appointed by the Secretary General to lay the groundwork for the development of a new Strategic Concept for NATO will present their Report, containing their analysis and recommendations, to the North Atlantic Council.
Following a meeting of the Secretary General, Mr. Anders Fogh Rasmussen, with the Chair of the Group, The Honorable Madeleine K. Albright and the Vice Chair, Mr. Jeroen van der Veer, the Report will be presented to the North Atlantic Council in Permanent Session. A press conference will be held at the end of the Council meeting (details below).
The Report will be published on the NATO website to coincide with the opening of the Council.

11:00– Press conference of the Secretary General and Secretary Albright – Luns Press Theatre - live coverage on satellite*, streamed on NATO website.
Access to NATO Headquarters is as usual for permanently accredited media. Other media interested in covering the event should present themselves at NATO HQ with a press card delivered by national authorities. Those without a valid press card should contact Mr. Thomas Bellanger and fax or email him an editor’s letter.
