NATO Secretary General to visit the Republic of Korea
The NATO Secretary General, Mr. Jens Stoltenberg, will visit the Republic of Korea from Wednesday, 1 November 2017 to Friday, 3 November 2017.
In Seoul, the Secretary General will meet with the President of the Republic of Korea, H.E. Mr. Moon Jae-in, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Ms. Kang Kyung-wha. The Secretary General and the Foreign Minister will sign a partnership plan between NATO and the Republic of Korea.
On 1 November, Mr. Stoltenberg will participate in a wreath-laying ceremony at the National Cemetery.
On 2 November, Mr. Stoltenberg will visit the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). Later that day, he will meet with security experts at the ASAN Institute for Policy Studies, and give a press conference at the same venue.
