NATO Deputy Secretary General to Joint Force Command Brunssum
On Wednesday, 31 May 2017, the NATO Deputy Secretary General, Ms. Rose Gottemoeller will travel to Brunssum (The Netherlands) to attend a celebration of the 50th anniversary of NATO’s presence in the city.
The King of the Netherlands, His Majesty Willem-Alexander, the Dutch Minister of Defence, Ms. Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR), General Curtis M. Scaparrotti, the JFC Brunssum Commander, General Salvatore Farina, and the Mayor of Brunssum, Mr. Luc Winants, will also attend the celebration. They will observe a military parade and attend the unveiling of a community monument dedicated to NATO.
