NATO Deputy Secretary General to visit Spain

On 28 and 29 October 2015, the NATO Deputy Secretary General, Ambassador Alexander Vershbow will attend the NATO-Elcano Seminar at the Fundación Botín in Madrid.
Ambassador Vershbow will give a keynote speech on “NATO and the new arc of crisis”.
He will also take part in a discussion with analysts and course participants of the Centre for Higher Defence Studies (CESEDEN).
During his visit, Ambassador Versbow will have meetings with the Spanish Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Ignacio Ybanez and with the Secretary General for Defence Policy, Mr. Alejandro Alvargonzalez.
The speech will be published on the NATO website after delivery.
