NATO Secretary General to visit the United States

The NATO Secretary General, Mr. Jens Stoltenberg, will visit Washington D.C. from Monday, 25 May to Wednesday, 27 May 2015.

He will meet the President of the United States, Mr. Barack Obama, on Tuesday, 26 May 2015. The Secretary General will also meet with the Secretary of State of the United States, Mr. John Kerry, Ambassador Susan Rice, National Security Advisor, Mr. Robert Work, Deputy Secretary of Defense and other senior US officials on Wednesday, 27 May 2015.

On Wednesday, 27 May, Mr. Stoltenberg will deliver a speech at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington D.C.

On Thursday, 28 May, the Secretary General will visit the 125th Fighter Wing, Florida Air National Guard in Jacksonville, Florida and the Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay in Georgia.

On Friday, 29 May, the Secretary General will visit the Naval Station Mayport and go aboard the USS Carney in Florida.
